Stone Lakes HOA Annual Dues for 2025: $1,300 Click Pay

As with virtually all homeowners’ associations, the Stone Lake Homeowners’ Association depends on the dues collected from homeowners to pay for items such as common area landscaping & repairs, lake management (dam, spillway, fountains, lighting, sedimentation, algae, etc), pool, tennis/pickleball & basketball courts, playground, holiday lighting, HOA social activities, plus more. The SLHOA also utilizes a property a management company (First Service Residential) for financial accounting, dues collection, invoice payments, contractor/vendor bid solicitations, monitoring & reporting unauthorized CCR variances to the HOA Board, as well as other day-to-day activities/requirements.

Dues notices are sent out each year in early December and are due by January 1. Late fees and additional notice fees are added to homeowners accounts paid after January 30. It is each individual homeowner’s responsibility to check their account balances on: FirstService Residential Connect Portal and resolve any unpaid balances before late fees and additional notice fees are incurred. Homeowners will need to create an account the first time they visit the FSR Connect Portal.

Homeowners must also activate a separate account with ClickPay in order to pay online.
Homeowners can manage and pay their dues online through individual or automatic payments made by e-check (ACH), which is FREE or by credit or debit card for a nominal fee of 2.95%.
