Did you know that any alterations made to the exterior of your home need to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before construction begins? According to the SLHOA governing documents, all requests for exterior modifications need to be submitted in writing to the ARC for review and approval.

To request ARC approval, please use the link below to access your account to submit an electronic request form and upload any necessary supporting documents. You will find the link to the electronic form on your account dashboard.
