Completed Projects by the HOA Board

  • Tennis courts: surface repair

  • Removing dangerous tree leaning across the nature trail

  • Fountain: Upper pool pond fountain pump repair/replacement 

  • Lake dredging

  • Mulch for all community beds

  • 1709 Fountain repair 

  • Pool: Cracked section of the pool deck replaced

  • Pool: new filters installed

  • Front entrances: Stone Lakes/Waterford Dr landscaped with new shrubs, Four Chinese Pistache trees (including one next to the pool east side) and fresh mulch

Social Events Calendar:

The Stone Lakes Homeowners’ Association has several social events throughout the year exclusively for children, adults and families that are residents of Stone Lakes in good standing.

The following events are typically included each year:

  • Spring Garage Sale - April - Advertised in the Ft Worth Star-Telegram - No Cost for Stone Lakes residents

  • Easter Egg Hunt & Petting Zoo - March or April - Stone Lakes Park (near the tennis courts). Three Easter Egg Hunts - ages 3 and under, 4-6 years old and 7-12 years old.

  • Spring Adult Social & Newcomer Gathering - April

  • Stone Lakes Neighborhood Camp-out - May - Stone Lakes families camp-out around the lake for one week-end night.

  • End of School Ice Cream Social at the Stone Lakes pool - May or June

  • 4th of July Fire Truck - Parade - and Pool Party - July 4th

  • Mid-Summer Break - Ice Cream Truck and swim at Stone Lakes Pool - July

  • Kindergarten round-up / Meet the Bus Drivers - August

  • Fall Adult Social & Newcomer Gathering - September

  • Fall Garage Sale - October Advertised in the Ft Worth Star-Telegram - No Cost for Stone Lakes residents

  • Fall Festival – Dog Costume Parade, Games and Dinner - October

  • Adult Cookie Exchange - December

  • Family Christmas Caroling - December
